第十一屆希望會議( the 11th HOPE Meeting with Nobel Laureates)，欲申請者請於2018/8/31(五)下午五時前至化學系124辦公室張芫睿先生處繳交申請文件。

1. 會議名稱：第十一屆希望會議( the 11th HOPE Meeting with Nobel Laureates)

 

2. 申請資格：臺大化學系博士班在學學生或博士後研究員（博士後研究員必須是獲得博士之日起算，至2018年4月1日為止，尚未超過5年者。）

 

3. 名額: 臺大化學系可推薦一名

 

4. 會議日期：2019年3月4日至3月8日

 

5. 會議地點：日本沖繩

 

6. 補助：赴日期間花費（住宿及餐）及海外保險由日方支付，赴日機票費需由參加者自行負擔(化學系不補助)

 

7. 欲申請者請繳交下列文件至系辦張芫睿先生:

    a. 大會申請表 (英文，檔案格式及填寫辦法請見附檔)

    b. 近年的學術研究發表著作

    c. 英文檢定證書

    d. 推薦函

 

若曾出席此HOPE meeting者，不可再申請。

 

上述所有申請資料，請於8/31(五)前繳交一份紙本至系辦張芫睿先生（3366-1145），同時將所有電子檔寄至elvischang1981@ntu.edu.tw

Attending 11th HOPE meeting in Japan, 2019, receiving application forms by 8/31 (Fri.)

 

1. Title: The 11th HOPE Meeting with Nobel Laureates

 

2. Qualifications for applying: PhD. Student studying in NTU Chemistry or Postdoctoral researcher of NTU Chemistry (The postdoctoral should be qualified as a doctor less than 5 years before April 1st, 2018) , NTU Chemistry can recommend one PhD. Student or one postdoctoral researcher to attend this meeting.

 

   3.Date: 4 March ~8 March, 2019

 

4. Venue: Okinawa, Japan

 

5. Subsidy allowance: JPSP will cover in-country costs including and overseas travel insurance, participant need to pay the international airfare by himself/herself. (NTU Chemistry will not support the international airfare.)

 

6. Application documents:

Application Form is attached, please follow the instruction attached, if you had attended the HOPE meeting before, please do not apply.
