#Please arrive earlier and before entering Chemistry Building:

(2) Or fill out the NTU Survey Form / show your copy of NTU Survey Form

(3) Body temperature measurement (forehead temp. exceeds 37.5 ^oC will be denied entry)

(4) Or If you have had a body temperature proof sticker already, you will pass the measurement

(5) You must wear a mask all the time when entering building.
