Research Assistant Openings and Undergraduate Research Projects
姜昌明老師實驗室招募研究助理與大學部專題生，請有興趣瞭解更多細節的同學寄信至CMJiang@wsi.tum.de 安排面談。實驗室將於110 年8 月成立，目前有2 至3 位研究助理空缺、以及1 至2 位專題生空缺。

研究主題包含：
• 開發新穎金屬氧化物與氮化物材料以用於太陽光能轉換
• 強關聯性材料內的超快電子與晶格動態學
• 半導體與溶液介面的光致電荷轉移機制
我們尋找的人選是：

你在工作上的責任包括：
1. 製備薄膜樣品（旋轉鍍膜、物理氣相沈積）
2. 薄膜樣品鑑定（X 光繞射、拉曼光譜、吸收光譜等技術）
3. 對光電極進行光譜電化學量測
4. 超快雷射光譜術（飛秒瞬態吸收光譜、時間解析螢光光譜等）

The Solid-State Dynamics Group in Chemistry Department (PI: Chang-Ming Jiang) will be established in
August 2021, and invites motivated candidates to apply for the following positions:
• Master- and bachelor-level research assistant (2-3 openings)
• Undergraduate research student (1-2 openings)
What are the research topics?
• Development of metal oxides and nitrides material for solar energy conversion
• Ultrafast electron and lattice dynamics in strongly correlated material
• Photo-initiated charge transfer processes at solid-electrolyte interface
Who are suitable candidates?
□ You like to know what actual scientific research feels like
□ You are interested in pursuing a graduate degree abroad in the future
□ You enjoy working with tools and building instruments from scratch
□ You are not sure what you want, but open to new challenges
Your responsibilities include:
1. Preparation of thin film samples (spin coating, physical vapor deposition)
2. Characterization of samples (XRD, UV-Vis, Raman, etc.)
3. Spectroeletrochemistry measurements on abovementioned samples
4. Ultrafast laser spectroscopies (femtosecond transient absorption and fluorescence)
