因應衛福部公布萬華區疫情警示簡訊及及茶藝館群聚案公共場所活動史，請各位教職員工生確認是否曾於所公布的時間地點活動。

1.足跡重疊而沒有被疾管署列入居家隔離或是自主健康管理者，都屬於自主健康監測，如果沒有相關症狀是可以戴口罩到班到校的。

2.若自主健康監測期間出現相關症狀，則必須立即前往醫院採檢(不得搭乘大眾交通工具) 並且通報防疫聯絡人，由防疫聯絡人再進入通報系統通報。

此外，如有出現相關症狀的教職員工生，也請通知防疫聯絡人(趙益祥先生，joechao@ntu.edu.tw，33664195)。

Dear students and colleagues, 

The Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) has released the Venues visited by cases linked to cluster in an amusement arcade. NTU students and colleagues are advised to check if they have ever engaged in activities at the specified locations and times.

1. Those who had footprints and are not listed as home quarantine or 14-day self-health management as requested by the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) are classified as independent health monitoring. If you have no relevant symptoms, please wear a medical mask to enter the university campus to attend or teach classes.
2. If you are suffering from the following symptoms such as fever, respiratory complications, diarrhea, and abnormality of smell and taste, please wear a medical mask at all times, immediately seek medical attention at a nearby hospital for COVID-19 testing, and avoid taking public transportation.

Last but not least, should there be students or colleagues that have the following symptoms such as fever, respiratory complications, diarrhea, and abnormality of smell and taste, please inform the pandemic prevention contact person of NTU Chemistry department(Yi-Hsiang Chao，joechao@ntu.edu.tw，33664195).
