開放10/16-10/22演講報告繳交表上傳：

1. 請上網填寫 GOOGLE表單 並上傳 新版「演講報告繳交表」電子檔(可掃描或照相)：

   https://reurl.cc/EZ6ob1

2. 報告檔名請以學號(r12345678) + 演講日期(9/1)

   (例如: r123456780901，可加姓名)，以避免被遺漏！

3. 檔案格式限doc, docx, odt, pdf, png, jpg

4. GOOGLE表單將於10/26 (週二) 23:59關閉

5. 9-10月計次結果會於11月初公布

6. 本學期最後計次場次為12/30之演講

10/16-10/22 Lecture Report Submission is now available

1. Please fill the GOOGLE FORM and upload your “NTU Department of Chemistry Lecture Report”: 
   https://reurl.cc/EZ6ob1
2. You can scan or take a picture of your report then upload it.
3. Filename should be your student ID (r12345678) + lecture date (mm/dd), e.g., r123456780901. Otherwise, your file may be missed.
4. File extensions: doc, docx, odt, pdf, png, jpg.
5. The Google Form will be closed on 10/26 (Tue.) 23:59.
6. The counting record (Sep.-Oct.) will be announced at the beginning of November.
7. The final lecture that can be counted toward 2021 Fall semester is on December 30, 2021.
