1. 本學期演講只列計到12/30為止
2. 請上網填寫 GOOGLE表單 並上傳 新版「演講報告繳交表」電子檔(可掃描或照相)：

   若「老師」名字錯誤，請通知，以免老師沒收到你的報告檔案。
8. 每月至多計 4 次 演講，遲交不計次

Lecture Report Submission for 12/04-12/10 Lectures now is open:

1. The final lecture that can be counted toward the 2021 Fall semester is on December 30, 2021
   
   
2. Please fill the GOOGLE FORM and upload your “NTU Department of Chemistry Lecture Report”:

3. You can scan or take a picture of your report then upload it.
4. Filename should be your student ID (r12345678) + lecture date (mm/dd), e.g., r123456780901. Otherwise, your file may be missed.
5. File extensions: doc, docx, odt, pdf, png, jpg.
6. The Google Form will be closed on 12/14 (Tue.) 23:59.
7. The submission records of NTU Department of Chemistry Lecture Report are on the link below:

8. a. Ph.D. students: at least 12 lectures per semester (at most 4 lectures per month)
   b. M.S. students: at least 10 lectures per semester (at most 4 lectures per month)
   c. College seniors: at least 3 lectures per semester
9. Lectures organized by the NTU Chemistry Department are all accepted.
   You could choose to attend at most 3 lectures organized by other departments this semester.
   All lectures must be related to Chemistry.
