1. 修習「書報討論」及「當代化學導讀/研讀」課程者，請上網填寫 GOOGLE表單 並上傳 111.01版「演講報告繳交表」電子檔(可掃描或照相)：https://reurl.cc/7eb8pN
   
   本週可列計之化學系/原分所主辦演講：

2. 請正確填寫 GOOGLE表單 內項目，以利報告統計。
3. 報告檔名請以學號(例: r12345678) + 演講日期(例: 9/1)，範例檔名: r123456780901(可加姓名)。
4. 檔案格式限doc, docx, odt, pdf, png, jpg。
5. GOOGLE表單將於02/22 (週二) 23:59關閉。
6. 繳交次數統計結果如連結(更新至02/11)：https://reurl.cc/AKkplZ
   每月至多計 4 次 演講，遲交不計次。

2022 Spring Semester Lecture Report Submission for 02/12-02/18 Lectures now is open:

1. Students who select Seminar (B.S.) or Literature on Chemistry (M.S./ Ph.D.), please fill the GOOGLE FORM and upload your “NTU Department of Chemistry Lecture Report” to https://reurl.cc/7eb8pN.
   
   NTU Chemistry / IAMS lectures for this week:
   -2022/02/18-張均然博士 Dr. Kwan Yin Cheung (English)
   
   
2. You can scan or take a picture of your report then upload it.
3. Filename should be your student ID (r12345678) + lecture date (mm/dd), e.g., r123456780901.
4. File extensions: doc, docx, odt, pdf, png, jpg.
5. The Google Form will be closed on 02/22 (Tue.) 23:59.
6. a. Ph.D. students: at least 12 lecture reports per semester (at most 4 per month)
   b. M.S. students: at least 10 lecture reports per semester (at most 4 per month)
   c. College seniors: at least 3 lecture reports per semester
7. The submission records of NTU Department of Chemistry Lecture Report are on the link below:

8. You could choose to attend chemistry-related lectures organized by other departments per semester:
   (1) Ph.D. students: at most 4 times
   (2) M.S. students: at most 3 times
   (3) College seniors: at most 1 time
