因應連假後可能接觸居家隔離/居家檢疫/自我健康監測的人員，
重申臺大校園通報規定如下。
For those who may contact into home isolation/home quarantine/self-health monitoring after vacations,
Reiterate the NTU notification regulations as follows.

- 自國外返國：請自行到臺大校園傳染病管制網「居家檢疫通報系統」通報。
Returning from abroad: Please report to the “Reporting system for personnel under quarantine.”
- 因採檢而自主健康管理/同住家人正在隔離或檢疫中/與確診者密切接觸/其他：請通知防疫聯絡人，讓防疫聯絡人到臺大校園傳染病管制網「校園健康管理(含確診個案接觸者)通報系統」通報。
Those in self-health management / living with family members in isolation or quarantine / close contact with confirmed cases /
other: Please notify the epidemic prevention contact person(Mr. Yi-Hsiang Chao, joechao@ntu.edu.tw).
- 收到細胞簡訊：請自行到到臺大校園傳染病管制網「自我健康監測」通報，可以正常到校上班，但要密切注意自身症狀。
Receive cell broadcast messages: Please report to the “Reporting system for self-health monitoring.”
You can go to work normally, but pay close attention to your symptoms.
- 同住家人中有正在居家隔離者：請通知防疫聯絡人處理。
Family members living with you are quarantined at home: please notify the contact person for epidemic prevention.
