5. 檔案格式限doc, docx, odt, pdf, png, jpg。
6. GOOGLE表單將於05/10(週二) 23:59關閉。

2022 Spring Semester Lecture Report Submission for 04/30-05/06 Lectures now is open:

1. Students who select Seminar (B.S.) or Literature on Chemistry (M.S./ Ph.D.), please fill out the GOOGLE FORM and upload your “NTU Department of Chemistry Lecture Report” to https://reurl.cc/k1ZXpn.
   
   NTU Chemistry / IAMS lectures for this week:

2. The final lecture that can be counted toward the 2022 Spring semester is on May 31, 2022.
3. You can scan or take a picture of your report and then upload it.
4. Filename should be your student ID (r12345678) + lecture date (mm/dd), e.g., r123456780901.
5. File extensions: doc, docx, odt, pdf, png, jpg.
6. The Google Form will be closed on 05/10 (Tue.) at 23:59.
7. a. Ph.D. students: at least 12 lecture reports per semester (at most 4 per month)
   b. M.S. students: at least 10 lecture reports per semester (at most 4 per month)
   c. College seniors: at least 3 lecture reports per semester

9. You could choose to attend chemistry-related lectures organized by other departments per semester:
   (1) Ph.D. students: at most 4 times
   (2) M.S. students: at most 3 times
   (3) College seniors: at most 1 time
