1. 修習「書報討論」及「當代化學導讀/研讀」課程者，請上網填寫 GOOGLE表單 並上傳 111.01版「演講報告繳交表」電子檔(可掃描或照相)：https://reurl.cc/q5knp3
   
   本週無可列計化學系/原分所主辦的演講
   
   
2. (1)因疫情擴大，本學期最後計次場次延後至6/10之演講
   (2)接受外部單位舉辦之化學相關學術演講的次數改為：大學部2次，碩士班4次，博士班5次
   (3)因取消部分演講，繳交總次數改為：博士班9次、碩士班7次、大學部2次
   如繳交外部單位演講的報告，請務必提供演講網頁資訊！
   
   
3. 請正確填寫 GOOGLE表單 內項目，以利報告統計。
4. 報告檔名請以學號(例: r12345678) + 演講日期(例: 9/1)，範例檔名: r123456780901(可加姓名)。
5. 檔案格式限doc, docx, odt, pdf, png, jpg。
6. GOOGLE表單將於05/24(週二) 23:59關閉。
7. 繳交次數統計結果如連結(更新至05/13)：https://reurl.cc/AKkplZ
   遲交不計次。

2022 Spring Semester Lecture Report Submission for 05/14-05/20 Lectures now is open:

1. Students who select Seminar (B.S.) or Literature on Chemistry (M.S./ Ph.D.), please fill out the GOOGLE FORM and upload your “NTU Department of Chemistry Lecture Report” to https://reurl.cc/q5knp3.
   
   There are no NTU Chemistry / IAMS lectures for this week.
   
   
2. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, modified regulations for this semester are as follows:

   [A]The times of lectures organized by external organizations：
   1)Ph.D. students: at most 5 times
   2)M.S. students: at most 4 times
   3)College seniors: at most 2 times
   [B]The numbers of reports：
   1)Ph.D. students: at least 9 lecture reports this semester
   2)M.S. students: at least 7 lecture reports this semester
   3)College seniors: at least 2 lecture reports this semester

   If you attend the lecture held by an external organization, please attach the webpage information with your report.

3. The final lecture that can be counted toward the 2022 Spring semester is on June 10, 2022.
   
   
4. You can scan or take a picture of your report and then upload it.
5. Filename should be your student ID (r12345678) + lecture date (mm/dd), e.g., r123456780901.
6. File extensions: doc, docx, odt, pdf, png, jpg.
7. The Google Form will be closed on 05/24 (Tue.) at 23:59.
