化學系目前是學校環安衛中心重點關切系所，中心可能會無預警檢查化學系是否有落實環安衛規定，

並於於校長特別會議報告。昨日本系環安衛小組巡查，發現有兩位成員違反環安衛規定。

六樓：一位

七樓：一位

根據本系環安衛規定，以上成員除了大樓門禁及使用公用儀器室之門禁被停權一個月以外，即日起停止在任何實驗室工作之權利兩星期。

成員如果被發現停權期間仍在實驗室工作，本人會立即召開緊急系務會議，討論是否立即封閉該實驗室或對成員處以永久停權之處分。

為免系館被全棟封館，本系得因應違規情節再提高對違規成員之罰則。

Dear faculty, colleagues and students,

The Department of Chemistry is currently a major concern of the school's Environmental Safety and Health Center.

The center may check whether the Department of Chemistry has implemented environmental safety and health regulations without warning.

And report at the principal's special meeting. Yesterday, the Chem EH&S Team team of our department inspected and found that two members violated the environmental safety and health regulations.

Sixth floor: one member

Seventh floor: one member 

According to the environmental safety and health regulations of the Department, the above members will be suspended from working in any laboratory for two weeks with immediate effect, as well as the card access suspension to the Chemistry building and the public equipment room for one month.

If any member is found to be still working in the laboratory during the suspension period, I will immediately hold an emergency department meeting to discuss whether to immediately close the laboratory or impose a permanent suspension on the member.

In order to prevent the entire department building from being closed, the department may further increase the punishment for violating members according to the circumstances of members' violations.
