Over the weekend, both of my students were positive for COVID. I have been testing myself for the last three days, and have been so far negative. However, due to their situation, I would like to tell all PIs that neither me, nor my students, will be able to meet them in person for device pickup over the next couple of days. The options are for them to wait for my students to be back in the lab (end of this week to beginning of next one), or for them to go into the lab and pick up the materials themselves. If the latter, they should please leave a message on the google sheet saying that they have taken the equipment they had reserved.
To allow the other labs to pickup the samples, I will open my lab in the morning every day when I arrive (6 to 7 am), and close it when I leave (6 to 8 pm).

如有需要的物品請依下列說明做聯繫
- We will keep all equipment and chemicals on site until Friday, January 13th. PIs can request any of the equipment and/or chemicals by writing their name next to the corresponding piece in the google sheet. We will keep an eye on it, and make sure that they are not removed until they pick them up. However, if the equipment/chemical has not been picked up by January 13th at 6 pm, we will consider it unclaimed, and start the process of disposing it.
- We will start to dispose of all unclaimed materials on Monday, January 16th. My hope is to have all materials removed by January 19th
