昨天（3/15）上午11點24分左右，有一位女士拿著約100 g包裝的藥品搭乘靠近系辦的電梯，她隨後在四樓步出電梯。此舉嚴重違反本系環安衛要求，且可能危害到其他搭乘電梯的人員的安全。現在這位女士有一星期的時間考慮是否向指導教授及系主任釐清責任歸屬，一星期後如果沒有人負起責任，本系將調閱監視畫面，若涉事女士證實為本系成員，將按違規情節重大者處理。

Yesterday (3/15) at around 11:24 a.m., a lady took about 100 g of chemicals and took the elevator near the department office. Then she stepped out of the elevator on the fourth floor. This is a serious violation of the department's environmental safety and health requirements, and may endanger the safety of other people taking the elevator. Now this lady has one week to consider whether to clarify the responsibility to the supervisor and the department Chair. If no one is responsible for this issue after one week, the department will check the monitoring screen. If the lady involved is confirmed to be a member of the department, we will deal it with a serious violation.
