請轉告與各實驗室往來的廠商，即日起所有運送貨品車輛（包括家電設備、高壓氣體鋼瓶、化學藥品或儀器、空藥罐廢藥桶等相關物品），都必須停泊在系館後方卸貨區，並用貨梯或爬樓梯運送。若運貨車輛停泊在系館其他人員出入口，或使用客用電梯運貨，發生意外時相關實驗室可能會有連帶責任。
再次強調以下事項：
除非在特殊情形下有環安衛小組同意，運送化學藥物（含待測之NMR管）、廢液或其他大型物品時，一律禁止使用A棟之電梯。
任何人士不得在無防溢容器下與液氮或任何化學液體同處電梯內。
於系上公共空間NMR tube均要使用不易破裂的非磁性容器乘裝，若有需要使用貨梯在不同樓層間移動，NMR tube要使用密閉且不易破裂容器包裝，以免內部液體在電梯內因意外而洩漏。
早前違規使用客用電梯運送化學藥品之同學已主動向環安衛小組說明，並已作適當懲處。
再次請同學切實遵守本系環安衛守則的規定，保護自己及所有成員的安全。

Dear all,
Please inform manufacturers that all vehicles delivering goods (including home appliances, high-pressure gas cylinders, chemicals or instruments, empty medicine cans, waste barrels and other related items) must be parked in the unloading area behind the department hall, and the goods must be transported by freight elevator or stairs. If the delivery vehicles are parked at the entrances and exits of other personnel in the department hall, or use passenger elevators to transport goods, the relevant laboratories may be held accountable in the event of an accident.
We iterate that transportation of chemicals (including NMR tubes for measurements), liquid waste or large items is only allowed in the freight elevator of building B.
It is strictly forbidden to use the elevators of building A for non-passenger use, unless approved by EHS-CHEM under special circumstances. One shall not ride in the same elevator with liquid nitrogen or any other liquid chemical without secondary container. In the public space of the building, NMR tubes must be packed in non-magnetic containers that are uneasy to break. If users have to ride in the freight elevators to move between different floors, the NMR tubes must be packaged in airtight and non-breakable containers to prevent accidental leakage inside the elevator.
The student who used the passenger elevator to transport chemicals last week has voluntarily reported to the chair. The case has been handled accordingly.
Once again, students are requested to earnestly abide by the regulations of the Department's Environmental Safety and Health Code to protect the safety of themselves and all members.
