YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for new product development projects, which include lab hand casting, up-scaling in production, product characterization, specification drafting and customer feedback tracking.
2. Evaluating new raw materials to secure the supply, formulations and laboratory methods in strategic key industries.
3. Work with Business Development and Sales to provide technical solutions to customer and evaluate business opportunities. 
4. Support P&T/QC groups in APAC to improve product quality and production efficiency. Contribute to the definition of technical/asset requirements to achieve required product specifications.
5. Capable of managing multiple tasks, working effectively with more than one lab researcher, interfacing with other functions such as manufacturing and research personnel, interfacing directly with customers if needed.
6. Lead the research laboratory in specific areas of applications to support the implementation of business strategy.

1. Independently execute all project related tasks as project lead, including but not limited to: meetings and events management, data analysis & reporting, project plan and scope management to ensure quality results.
2. Support business development with sales team in several regions, such as Taiwan, China and Vietnam including Japan.
3. Effectively communicate with P&T and QC departments for trial management.
4. Design and efficiently provide the synthesis of innovative chemistry to allow the development of technical routes for production.
5. In charge product data maintenance/ SAP system works in APAC.
