Dear all,
- 化學系預定於112年9月7日(四)下午15:30舉辦緊急應變演練，人員必需疏散至指定集合地點(博雅教學館前草坪，如附圖)，
滯留於系館內部者將被視為環安衛重大違規處理。當日將依照實際發生災變進行通報及全員疏散，在集合地點並架設臨時淋浴站。
Department of Chemistry will hold an emergency evacuation drill at 15:30 on September 7 (Thu.), 2023.
Please follow the broadcasted instructions and evacuate to the designated meeting area: the lawn in front of the Liberal Education Classroom Building.
Those who stay in the Department hall will be regarded as EHS violation.
Please carry out the notification and evacuation as the actual disaster, and a temporary shower station will be set up at the designated meeting area.
- 演練前將舉辦112學年度環安衛講習，全系工作場所請踴躍派員參加。
- 時間：9/7(四)14:00~15:30(可作為一般安全衛生教育訓練時數)

- 地點：系館松柏講堂
- 內容：事故通報流程、自衛消防編組、緊急應變設備講解及消防設備實作

Notes for emergency evacuation：
- 警報響起時，確認所處空間(辦公室/實驗室/休息室)是否聽到警鈴聲，異常者於LINE群組回報。
Please confirm whether the alarm is heard in the room or lab. Any abnormalities should be reported in the LINE group.
- 警報響起時，安全官迅速引導實驗場所所有人員疏散離開系館。
When the fire alarm signal sounds, please follow the Safety Crew’s guidance to evacuate the building immediately.
- 若有任何進行中實驗，必需注意其安全性。
Please take extra care of your ongoing experiments to reduce the potential safety risk.
- 關閉電燈及進行中反應之電源、水源後離開實驗場所，關閉實驗場所但切勿鎖門。
Turn off the lights, heat, and water sources of any ongoing reaction, and leave the premise. Close the but do not lock the door.
- 有秩序地經由所建議之疏散路線步行離開實驗場所，勿慌張奔跑。上下樓梯時靠邊走，手扶樓梯以免跌倒，不可搭乘電梯。
Evacuate in an orderly manner via designated routes and do not panic. Use stairs and hold onto the railing to avoid falling; do not take the elevator.
- 人員疏散至指定集合處，向各實驗場所之安全官報到，安全官或代理人在環安衛Line群組直接回報到齊與否，傷亡及失聯資料亦在LINE群組回報。
All personnel shall evacuate to the designated assembly are and reported to the laboratory safety officer (or agent). Once the safety officer has completed a head count, report the result in the LINE group. The missing or injured personnel (if any) is the same.
- 系辦通告「演練結東」前請勿返回系館。
Do not re-enter the building until directed to do so by authorities.
