主旨：
國科會113年度特約研究計畫補助案，自即日起接受申請，校內相關作業及截止期限及申請方式請依說明二辦理，逾期未完成線上作業及逾期送達者恕不受理，請查照轉知。
說明：
一、依據國科會112年11月8日科會綜字第1120074836號函及該會補助特約研究人員從事特約研究計畫作業要點規定辦理，請計畫主持人務必先行詳閱各項規定。
二、申請人須於113年1月1日(星期一)前完成國科會線上申請作業，並由各系(所)於線上確認、造冊及彙整後送各學院統整並核章，請各學院將彙整名冊於113年1月3日(星期三)中午12時前掃瞄傳送本案承辦人：研究發展處研究計畫服務組許增輝，e-mail：tsenghui@ntu.edu.tw。考量本校受理計畫申請作業時間適逢元旦放假，請計畫主持人、系(所)、各學院承辦人提早作業，線上及紙本資料經系(所)各學院確認後，恕不再接受任何變更及送件，俾利校方依規定如期彙整造冊函送。
三、本計畫之執行期程自113年8月1日開始。
四、本計畫申請案全面實施線上申請，各類書表請至國科會網站(https://www.nstc.gov.tw)登入「學術研發服務網」製作。
五、檢附國科會補助特約研究人員從事特約研究計畫作業要點1份。

Call for proposal-2024 “Project for Merit NSTC Research Fellow Award”
2024 “Project for Merit NSTC Research Fellow Award” is now accepting applications. Interested applicants shall read through the applicable regulations (for more details, please refer to NSTC’s website), and complete the online application procedures on NSTC's website by Monday, January 1, 2024. Firstly, each executive department/institute shall confirm its applications on NSTC’s website and create a list of applicants which shall be sent to the respective colleges, after the heads of executive department/institute have affixed their signatures or seals. Lastly, the colleges shall scan and email the compiled lists approved by the deans to the handlers from the Division of Research Project Affairs (RPA) as listed below by 12pm on Wednesday, January 3, 2024.
Since the submission deadline falls on the three-day New Year holiday, please make an early start and allow ample time for completing application procedures in time. Also, please be reminded that neither late applications nor incomplete applications will be granted any opportunity to remedy, once the online applications have been confirmed and the lists have been approved by the chairs and deans of the executive department/institute. The Division of RPA will submit all applications together with the official document from the university to NSTC as scheduled in accordance with NSTC’s regulations.
