主旨：
國家科學及技術委員會(下稱國科會)113年度專題研究計畫補助案，自即日起接受申請，請於113年1月1日（星期一）前完成線上申請作業，校內相關作業及截止期限請依說明段辦理，逾期未完成線上作業或逾期送達者，恕不予受理，請查照轉知。
說明：
一、依國家科學及技術委員會112年11月6日科會綜字第1120074179C號及該會補助專題研究計畫作業要點規定辦理，計畫執行單位及計畫主持人務必先行詳閱各項規定。
二、校總區申請人須於113年1月1日(星期一)前至國科會學術研發服務網完成線上申請作業(醫學院請依醫學院研發分處公告辦理)。考量本校受理計畫申請作業時間適逢元旦連假，請計畫主持人、系(所)、各學院承辦人提早作業，線上及紙本資料經系(所)、各學院確認後，恕不再接受任何變更及送件，俾利校方依規定如期彙整造冊函送。
三、各系(所)應切實審查計畫主持人之資格條件，並於申請名冊之備註欄內逐案確認計畫主持人資格，符合者始得將其申請案彙整造冊後送各學院及一級研究單位覆核；若有以下情形者，請另附以下說明之證明文件併同申請名冊等送院彙整。
(一)若申請人將屆滿65歲或已滿65歲以上者：
1. 如為「國科會補助專題研究計畫作業要點」中第3點第1項第2款之退休人員，請檢附所屬學院主管核定同意提供相關空間及設備供其進行研究並負責一切行政作業之簽文影本並敍明曾獲得該會認可之相當獎項及相關證明影本。
2. 如為獲准延長服務之計畫主持人，請檢附聘書或出具證明延長聘期年限之正式文件影本。
(二)依「國科會補助專題研究計畫作業要點」第26點第10項規定，首次申請計畫之計畫主持人及申請書內所列首次執行國科會計畫之參與研究人員應於申請機構函送國科會申請研究計畫之日前3年內，完成至少6小時之學術倫理教育課程訓練並檢附相關證明文件送申請機構備查。前述首次申請之本校教研人員請併附本校認可之學術倫理課程證明文件，以符國科會規定。有關本校認可之學術倫理課程請洽研究誠信辦公室，承辦人：楊鎧瑋小姐，聯絡電話：3366-1692，網址：http://ori.ntu.edu.tw/
四、請各學院及一級研究單位統整並核章後，併附說明三之證明文件，於113年1月2日(星期二)下午14時前掃描傳送下列研發處各學院承辦窗口(理學院：王若蓁小姐，電話：3366-6307，email：rjwang@ntu.edu.tw)。
五、本專題研究計畫之執行期限自113月8月1日開始。
六、113年度專題研究計畫申請案全面實施線上申請，各類書表請務必至國科會網站(https://www.nstc.gov.tw)登入「學術研發服務網」製作。

Call for proposal-2024 “National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) Research Project Grant”
The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is now accepting applications for the 2024 NSTC Research Project Grants. The submission deadline is Monday, January 1, 2024. (For PIs affiliated with the College of Medicine, please note that the submission deadline is subject to the announcement by the College of Medicine – Branch Office of Research and Development.)
Application Procedures for PIs from the Main Campus and the College of Public Health:
(1) Online Application: Complete the online application process on NSTC's website by the aforementioned deadline.
(2) Department/Institute Confirmation: Each executive department or institute is responsible for verifying the applications on NSTC's website and creating a list of applicants. This list shall be sent to the respective colleges after the heads of the executive department or institute have affixed their signatures or seals.
(3) List Submission: The colleges are required to scan and email the compiled lists, which are approved by the deans, to the handlers of the Division of Research Project Affairs (RPA) by 2 pm on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
Please note that the submission deadline coincides with the three-day New Year holiday. Therefore, we strongly advise you to start the application process early to ensure ample time for completion. Also, please be aware that once the online applications are confirmed, and the lists have been approved by the chair and dean of the executive department/institute, no extensions will be granted for late or incomplete applications.
