NTU Chemistry Department Graduation Awards -Poster Exhibition
一、申請資格(Eligibility)
112學年度(2023.8.1-2024.7.31)本系「碩、博班學位考」申請人。
MPhil or PhD students who intend to graduate from our department in the current school year.
二、申請時間(Registration period)
113年05月01日至113年05月24日。
May 1st to May 24th.
三、報名方式(Online Application)
(一)以網路方式報名，經系上通知申請者，經由NTUCOOL上傳相關資料完成報名。
Complete the application form online first.
One should receive the course invitation from NTUCOOL within one working day after registration. Once you receive the invitation, you can upload your documents.

(二)本系同學欲參加本次三校六系壁報競賽者，於系統內直接勾選即可，不用重複報名。
NTU chemistry department students who would like to participate in the Tri-Universities-Hexa-Departmental Poster Competition should simply check the last question on the registration form and there is no need to register separately.

五、活動目的(Objectives)
促進全系各實驗室學術研究之交流，提供學生發表研究成果、亦提供研究機構及企業徵才之交流平台。
Promote academic exchange among departmental laboratories, allowing students to showcase research findings and serving as a platform for recruitment by research institutions and companies.
六、活動流程(詳附件4與附件5) (Schedule, see Atts. 4 and 5)
- 研究生壁報展：6月11日於化學系系館開展，展期間會票選出人氣壁報獎，詳細給獎方式請參照下方第八項獎金額度及核給辦法。
Graduate Poster Exhibition: June 11th at Chemistry building, including the selection of Hot Posters. See the eighth item below for the award Information.
- 三校六系壁報競賽活動：6月12日於化學系系館舉辦，參與企業徵才說明會及活動報名方法由研究生協會另信告知。
Tri-Universities-Hexa-Departmental Poster Competition: June 12th at Chemistry Department building. Recruitment activities including seminars, interviews, and registration details will be communicated by the Graduate Student Association.
七、研究生壁報展獎項審查程序(Review Process)：
- 優良壁報獎：由評審委員會根據送審資料及申請者口頭報告說明擇優選出。
- 5月27日起根據NTUCOOL上傳資料線上審查。
- 6月11日現場進行一對一陳述說明及QA即時問答方式審查，詳細方式另行公布。
Excellent Poster Award: Selected by the review committee based on the submitted materials and the applicants' oral presentations.
- Online review will be conducted starting from May 27th, based on the uploaded materials to NTUCOOL.
- On June 11th, on-site presentations and QA sessions will be held for review (the schedule will be announced separately).
- 人氣壁報獎：由化學系全體教職員生於6月11日壁報展期間票選。
"Hot Poster" Award: Voted by all faculty and students of the Chemistry Department during the poster exhibition on June 11th.
- 公司獎：由評審委員會根據送審資料及申請者口頭報告說明擇優選出。
Sponsor Award: Selected by the review committee based on the submitted materials and the applicants' oral presentations.

八、獎金額度及核給辦法(Award Information)
- 優良壁報獎：於當學年參加壁報展之畢業生中評選出前百分之三十研究表現優異者，每名優良壁報獎獲頒化學系獎狀乙幀，另碩士班頒發獎金2,500元(預計41名)，博士班3,000元(預計5名)。
Excellent Poster Award：Top 30% of the posters. Each award recipient will receive a certificate from the Department of Chemistry. In addition, MPhil students (estimated 41 recipients) will receive a monetary prize of NT$2,500, while PhD students (estimated 5 recipients) will receive NT$3,000.
- 人氣壁報獎：由研協會提供，獲獎人數碩博士班共計10名，每名獎金500元。
"Hot Poster" Awards：Provided by the Graduate Student Association, with a total of 10 recipients from the MPhil and PhD programs. Each recipient will receive a monetary prize of NT$500.
- 公司獎：由廠商提供，每名優良壁報獎獲頒化學系獎狀乙幀，另碩士班頒發獎金3,000元(4名)，博士班5,000元(4名)。
Sponsor Award: Provided by Sponsors. Each award recipient will receive a certificate from the Department of Chemistry. In addition, MPhil students (4 recipients) will receive a monetary prize of NT$3,000, while PhD students (4 recipients) will receive NT$5,000.
