8樓新設立的廢液室即將於九月完工，分配辦法會隨後公佈。唯申請使用時必須提供證明已於學校實驗場所運作管理系統（https://eposhuser.ntu.edu.tw/Front/login.aspx）登錄待清運之廢液桶數量。相關教育影片已置於 https://youtu.be/MWnAlO7WHyk，把待清運資料截圖，即可當作證明。

各系所單位實驗場所人員可隨時隨地透過桌機、平板或手機操作現行管理系統，提出廢液申請與編輯數量，環安衛中心則配合處理廠之規定，每個月的月初依管理系統全校實驗場所廢液申請數量，評估安排下個月清運１～２車次（每車次清運上限約２５０桶），並將清運需求提供清除商與處理廠安排清運日期，清運名單確定後也會先行公布在管理系統，待清運日期敲定後，除公布於管理系統外，在清運前一周左右也會發出清運行程通知申請人清運日期與時間。

The newly established Waste Liquid Room on the 8th floor will be officially opened in September. The allocation method will be announced later. However, when applying for usage, you must provide proof that the number of waste liquid barrels awaiting disposal has been registered in the school's management system (https://eposhuser.ntu.edu.tw/Front/login.aspx). A relevant educational video has been posted at https://youtu.be/MWnAlO7WHyk. A screenshot of the data for waste liquid awaiting disposal can serve as proof.

Personnel from the laboratories of various departments and units can access the current management system via desktop, tablet, or mobile phone anytime and anywhere to apply for waste liquid disposal and edit quantities. The Environmental Safety and Health Center will cooperate with the processing plant’s regulations and evaluate and arrange 1 to 2 transport trips at the beginning of each month based on the number of waste liquid applications from the school’s laboratories in the management system (with an upper limit of about 250 barrels per trip). The disposal needs will be provided to the waste removal contractor and the processing plant to arrange the disposal dates. Once the disposal list is confirmed, it will be announced in the management system. After the disposal date is finalized, in addition to publishing it in the management system, a notice of the disposal schedule will also be sent to the applicants about one week before the disposal, informing them of the disposal date and time.
