近日本系環安衛小組巡查，發現有13位成員違反環安衛規定。

三樓：兩位

四樓：一位

五樓：一位

六樓：六位

七樓：三位

根據本系環安衛規定，以上成員除了大樓門禁及使用公用儀器室之門禁被停權一個月以外，即日起停止在任何實驗室工作之權利兩星期。

成員如果被發現停權期間仍在實驗室工作，系主任會立即召開緊急系務會議，討論是否立即封閉該實驗室或對成員處以永久停權之處分。

Recently, during a safety inspection by our EHS-CHEM Team, it was found that 13 members violated the department's EHS regulations.

The violators are as follows:

3rd floor: 2 members

4th floor: 1 member

5th floor: 1 member

6th floor: 6 members

7th floor: 3 members

According to the environmental safety and health regulations of the Department, the above members will be suspended from working in any laboratory for two weeks with immediate effect, as well as the card access suspension to the Chemistry building and the public equipment room for one month.

If any member is found to be working in a laboratory during the suspension period, the department Chair will convene an emergency meeting to discuss whether the laboratory should be immediately closed or if permanent suspension of the member’s access will be enforced.
