Chemistry Department Graduate Graduation Awards - Dean's Award for CoS
一、申請資格(Eligibility)
113學年度(2024.8.1-2025.7.31)畢業之本系碩、博士班學生。
MPhil or PhD students who will graduate from our department in the current school year.
二、申請時間(Registration period)
114年03月21日至114年04月16日。
March 21st to April 16th.
三、報名方式(Online Application):
以網路方式報名,經系上通知申請者,經由NTUCOOL上傳相關資料完成報名。
Complete the application form online first.
Please expect to receive the course invitation from NTUCOOL within approximately one business day after registration. Once you've received the invitation, you can upload your documents.

(1) 依附件2格式填寫 【畢業資格審查人】為系辦許慧楨小姐(Tel:33661143),請檢附成績單送許小姐審查,勾選適當選項及核章後再上傳 Please fill the form in Attachment 2 and submit to Ms. Hui-Zhen Hsu of the department office for review (Tel: 33661143). Please attach your transcript, check the appropriate options, and stamp the document before uploading. (2) 公布推薦後繳交正本 After being nominated for the award, please submit the original copy. |

五、獎學金名額(Award Quota)
本獎學金得獎人數依畢業人數 10% 為上限,本年度預計碩士班最多21名、博士班最多3名(實際名額將於5月1日後確定)。
The award quota is capped at 10% of the total number of graduates. This year, we anticipate a maximum of 21 awardees for MPhil students and a maximum of 3 awardees for PhD students. (The actual number of spots will be confirmed after May 1.)
六、獎學金額度及核給辦法(Award Information)
博士班及碩士班院長獎學金依當年度理學院規定。理學院另頒發獎狀。
The Dean's award includes a monetary prize according to the regulations of the College of Science for the respective academic year. Additionally, certificates will be awarded by the College of Science.
七、審查及核定程序(Review Process)
由評審委員會根據送審資料及申請者口頭報告說明,擇優選出院長獎推薦人。
Selection by the review committee is based on the submitted materials and the applicants' performance in their oral presentations.
評審委員會,依下列方式評定之。
The oral presentation will be held in Classroom A215 on April 28.
The list of Dean's Scholarship awardees will be announced on May 1st.
After being nominated for the award, please submit the original copy of your transcript and confirmation of graduation to Miss Chen Pin-Kuang in the department office by May 2.
八、頒獎典禮(Award Ceremony)
畢業生院長獎頒獎典禮於5月24日上午在理學院舉辦,並邀請教師與學生家長觀禮,頒發院長獎獎牌與獎狀。
The Graduates Dean's Award ceremony will take place on the morning of May 24th at the College of Science. Supervisors and parents of the awardees are invited to attend. During the ceremony, Dean's Award medals and certificates will be presented.
九、本公告如有未盡事宜,悉依本校及本系相關規定辦理。
If there are any unaddressed matters, they will be handled according to the university and department regulations.
