步驟二：請等待由NTUCOOL發送課程邀請信給報名同學(大約1個工作天)，接受課程邀請之後即可開始上傳資料。Step 2: Please expect to receive the course invitation from NTUCOOL within approximately one business day after registration. Once you've received the invitation, you can begin uploading your documents.

【重點提醒】

1. 大學部壁報展：113學年度獲國科會大專學生研究計畫補助的學生及修習大四專題研究二/學士論文的學生請務必參加大學部壁報展(名單如下表)，其他有興趣參與的畢業生也歡迎報名，壁報內容須全英文，壁報展預定於2025年5月5日(一)舉行，請預留整天進行實體口頭報告。Students receiving subsidies from the NSTC's College Student Research Scholarship and those enrolled in Research Training for Senior II /Thesis (B.S.) MUST participate in the undergraduate poster exhibition on May 5, 2025. Posters must be in English. 
2. 大學部學士班學生論文獎、理學院研究類院長獎、何東英教授專題研究獎：由於性質均接近研究類論文獎，配合校方學士班論文獎與理學院院長獎報院時間規定，故將此三獎項甄選統一辦理，且論文格式均比照學士班學生論文格式規範(簡易版)。The Bachelor's Thesis Award, the Dean’s Award, and the Professor He Research Award will be processed together due to their similar nature to that of research-based theses. The submitted papers will follow the university's simplified Bachelor's Thesis format guidelines.
3. 所有報名需繳交資料請於2025年4月21日23:59之前完成上傳與提交。Please ensure that all required documents are uploaded and submitted by 11:59 PM on April 21, 2025.
