3/31上午10:08左右，B257人員使用微波爐加熱食物。加熱前後微波爐內部並無異狀，加熱時辦公室內並無煙霧，僅有加熱食物的味道。不久後，位於辦公室內的感應器(非在微波爐正上方)即被觸發。經過檢查，微波爐內部未有燒焦痕跡，食物也未見燒焦跡象。事發當時人員皆在場，並未造成任何財物損失。事故設備已暫時移至他處使用，涉事人員要重新進行三小時的一般環安衛訓練，日後再發生同類事故，整間辦公室或實驗室人員都要再進行三小時環安衛訓練。系辦在此提醒加熱設備使用過程中均應有人員在場，並勿過度或長期加熱導致事故。

Around 10:08 AM on March 31, staff at B257 used the microwave to heat food. There were no abnormalities inside the microwave before or after heating, and no smoke was present in the office during heating, only the smell of heated food. Shortly after, a sensor located in the office (not directly above the microwave) was triggered. Upon inspection, there were no signs of burning inside the microwave, and the food showed no signs of being burned. All personnel were present at the time of the incident, and there was no property damage. The involved equipment has been temporarily moved to another location for use. The personnel involved will undergo a three-hour general EHS training. If a similar incident occurs again in the future, all personnel in the office or lab will need to undergo another three-hour training. The department reminds that personnel should always be present when using heating equipment, and excessive or prolonged heating should be avoided to prevent accidents.
