5/7約13:30分，廠商至貴儀G63室進行吸附式乾燥機過濾器及分子篩更換之保養施作，進行分子篩更換時施作人員以吸塵器將乾燥機中分子篩吸出，致有微量粉塵排出，於13:38分觸發警報。 廠商以吸塵器施作前未告知且現場人員，亦未預期有此觸發警報風險，因而未進行相關預防措施。未來有相關施作皆先報請系辦暫時隔離並包覆感測器後始得進行。

On May 7 at 13:30, a technician arrived at Room G63 to perform maintenance on the adsorption dryer, specifically replacing the filter and molecular sieve.

During the molecular sieve replacement, the technician used a vacuum cleaner to extract the sieve material from the dryer, which caused a small amount of dust to be released. This triggered the alarm at 13:38. 

The technician did not notify the on-site personnel before using the vacuum cleaner, and the technician were unaware of the potential risk of triggering the alarm. As a result, no preventive measures were taken.

In the future, any similar procedures must be reported in advance to the department office. Operations may only proceed after temporary isolation and proper covering of the sensors have been completed.
