活動基本訊息:

- 時間:10:00-15:15(8:30開始可以自行在報到櫃台取用文具張貼海報)
- 地點:臺大化學系1F
壁報展示要求:
- 請自行印製。
- 壁報尺寸:A0尺寸(84.1 cm x 118.9 cm)
- 格式要求:直向
- 壁報需於報告 (上午10點) 前黏貼完成。
注意事項:
- 在您的評分時段,請務必留在您的壁報附近。如您的評分時段結束,而您未被評到分,無法補評。
- 報到時間為8:30-10:00,無論壁報單或雙號同學都請務必在此時間段內「簽到」、「別名牌」、「張貼壁報」。
- 服務台會提供貼海報的圖釘。
- 午餐自理。
- 自行回收壁報時間為15:15-17:00,請務必在此時間段內「還名牌」、「還圖釘」、「回收壁報」。
- 本年度院長獎得獎者只要「還名牌」就好,海報請先留下,將會在系上展示一週再還給您。

Here is some important information regarding the upcoming event. Please read it carefully before attending.
Event Details:
- Date: Tuesday, June 17, 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM – 3:15 PM (The check-in desk opens at 8:30 AM. You may collect stationery and put up your poster during this time.)
- Location: 1st Floor, Chemistry Department, National Taiwan University
Poster Presentation Requirements:
- Please print your poster yourself.
- Size: A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm)
- Orientation: Portrait
- Posters must be fully mounted before 10:00 AM when the presentations begin.
Reminders:
- During your assigned evaluation period, please remain near your poster. If your evaluation time passes and your poster is not reviewed, make-up evaluations will not be arranged.
- Check-in time is from 8:30 to 10:00 AM. All participants, regardless of poster number (odd or even), must sign in, wear their name badge, and put up their poster within this time frame.
- Pushpins will be available at the service desk for mounting your poster.
- Lunch is not provided—please arrange your own meal.
- Poster takedown time is from 3:15 to 5:00 PM. During this period, please return your name badge, return the pushpins, and take down your poster.
- Dean’s Award winners only need to return their name badge. Please leave your poster on display; it will be exhibited in the department for one week and returned to you afterward.
