114學年度臺大化學系研究生畢業壁報展申請辦法
NTU Chemistry Department Graduation Awards -Poster Exhibition
一、申請資格(Eligibility)
本系碩、博班學生。MS or PhD students
所有碩、博生畢業離校前，必須在「離校手續單」填寫參加畢業壁報展之海報編號。本系畢業壁報展於第二學期舉行，參加者為碩二以上或博士班應屆畢業生。碩士班學生若預計於碩三上學期畢業，須於碩二時參加壁報展，方得畢業。各研究生應妥善規劃何時參加畢業壁報展，以免影響畢業時程。若因特殊原因無法參加畢業壁報展，學生須提交報告書說明理由，經學務小組同意後，得予豁免。
Before graduating, all MS and PhD students must record their graduation poster exhibition number on the "Graduation Clearance Form."
The department's annual graduation poster exhibition is held in the second semester, with participants including second-year MS students and graduating PhD students. MS students planning to graduate in the first semester of their third year must participate in the poster exhibition during their second year to be eligible for graduation.
Graduate students should carefully plan their participation in the graduation poster exhibition to avoid delays in their graduation timeline. Students unable to participate due to special circumstances must submit a report explaining the reason. Exemptions will be granted only upon approval by the academic affairs committee.

三、報名方式(Online Application)
先填寫google表單報名，待收到NTUCOOL通知後，上傳申請資料。

五、活動目的(Objectives)
促進全系各實驗室學術研究之交流，提供學生發表研究成果。
Promote academic exchange among departmental laboratories, allowing students to showcase research findings.
六、活動流程(Schedule)
研究生壁報展：4月30日於化學系系館開展。
Graduate Poster Exhibition: April 30th at Chemistry building.
壁報編號將於活動前另行公告。
The poster numbers will be announced before the event.

七、研究生壁報展獎項審查程序(Review Process)：
優良壁報獎：由評審委員會根據送審資料及申請者口頭報告說明擇優選出。
Excellent Poster Award: Selected by the review committee based on the submitted materials and the applicants' oral presentations.
- 根據NTUCOOL上傳資料線上審查。
Online review based on the uploaded materials to NTUCOOL.
- 4月30日在壁報前解說自己的研究與解答參觀者所提的疑問。
On April 30th, poster presentation.
八、獎金額度及核給辦法(Award Information)
優良壁報獎：於當學年參加壁報展之畢業生中評選出前百分之三十研究表現優異者，每名優良壁報獎獲頒化學系獎狀乙幀，另碩士班頒發獎金2,500元，博士班3,000元。
Excellent Poster Award：Top 30% of the posters. Each award recipient will receive a certificate from the Department of Chemistry. In addition, MPhil students will receive a monetary prize of NT$2,500, while PhD students will receive NT$3,000.
九、獲獎公佈(Awardee Announcement)：
優良壁報獎：5月5日公告並 E-Mail 通知得獎人
Excellent Poster Award: On May 5th, awardees will be announced and notified via email.
十、頒獎典禮(Award Ceremony)：
優良壁報獎：於7月中旬顏氏論文獎頒獎典禮中頒發(另行通知)。
Excellent Poster Award: To be awarded together with the Yen's Thesis Award on Mid-July (further notice to follow).
十一、本公告如有未盡事宜，悉依本校及本系相關規定辦理。
