各位同學，好：
114下學期，開學日為2月23日，化學系課程授權碼加選方式說明如下：
- 請填寫修習課程申請單，獲得老師同意後，請掃描附教師簽章的申請單或是教師同意加選信件，轉寄給化學系尤靜嫺。(因年假因素，請在2月23日後再寄送至系辦)
- 有先修科目規定的課程，請在信件附上正式歷年成績單(須更新至114-1學期)掃描檔以提供檢核。
- 化學系課程申請(外系課程用，普通化學甲下、有機化學乙下、有機化學、分析化學乙下、分析化學、物理化學下)：https://www.ch.ntu.edu.tw/edoc/item/F212/

實驗課程加選，請於開學第一週逕至實驗教室，洽助教辦理。
Dear Students,
For the Spring Semester of Academic Year 114, the first day of classes is February 23.
Instructions for adding Department of Chemistry courses using authorization codes are as follows:
- Please complete the Course Enrollment Application Form. After obtaining the instructor’s approval, scan the application form with the instructor’s signature or the instructor’s approval email, and forward it to 尤靜嫺 (Yu, Ching-Hsien) of the Department of Chemistry. (Due to new year holidays arrangements, please send it to the department office after February 23)
- For courses with prerequisite requirements, please attach a scanned copy of your official academic transcript (updated through Semester 114-1) to the email for verification.
