活動基本訊息:

  • 日期:2026年4月30日星期四
  • 時間:09:30-15:30(8:00開始可以自行在報到櫃台取用文具張貼海報)
  • 地點:臺大化學系1F(Graduates)&2F(Undergrads)

壁報展示要求:

  • 請自行印製
  • 壁報尺寸:A0尺寸(84.1 cm x 118.9 cm)
  • 格式要求:直向
  • 壁報需於報告 (上午09:30) 前黏貼完成

注意事項:

  • 在您的評分時段,請務必留在您的壁報附近。如您的評分時段結束,而您未被評到分,無法補評。
  • 請注意本次的評分時段以公告為準,與單雙數無關(見附件壁報編號)。
  • 請準備約5分鐘的口頭報告,報告後評審老師會進行提問。
  • 服務台會提供貼海報的圖釘。
  • 午餐自理。
  • 自行回收壁報時間為15:00-16:30,請務必在此時間段內「還圖釘」、「回收壁報」。

Here are some important details for this event. Please read them carefully before attending.

  • General Information:
    • Date: Thursday, April 30, 2026
    • Time: 09:30–15:30 (Materials for poster setup will be available at the registration desk starting from 8:00 AM)
    • Venue: 1st Floor (Graduates) & 2nd Floor (Undergraduates), Department of Chemistry, NTU
  • Poster Presentation Requirements:
    • Posters must be printed by participants.
    • Poster size: A0 (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm)
    • Format: Portrait orientation
    • Posters must be mounted before the presentation begins (09:30 AM).
  • Notes:
    • Please remain near your poster during your assigned evaluation period. If your evaluation period ends and your poster has not been reviewed, no re-evaluation will be arranged.
    • Please note that the evaluation time slots for this event are based on the official announcement and are not related to odd or even numbering (see the attached poster numbers).
    • Please prepare an oral presentation of approximately 5 minutes, which will be followed by a Q&A session with the reviewer.
    • Push pins for mounting posters will be provided at the service desk.
    • Lunch will not be provided.
    • Poster removal time is 15:00–16:30. Please make sure to return the push pins and remove your poster within this time period.
