五、名額及獎金(Award Information)
- 名額(上限)：博士班 3 名及碩士班 5 名。
Quota: 3 for doctoral program and 5 for master program.
- 顏氏博士論文獎：每名獲頒獎金10萬元及頒贈獎狀乙紙。
顏氏碩士論文獎：每名獲頒獎金4萬元及頒贈獎狀乙紙。
Yen's Thesis Award (PhD)：NT$100,000 each and a certificate
Yen's Thesis Award (MPhil)：NT$40,000 each and a certificate
六、審查及核定程序(Review Process)：
由評審委員會根據送審資料及申請者口頭報告說明，擇優選出顏氏論文獎得獎人。
Selection by the review committee is based on the submitted materials and the applicants' performance in their oral presentations.
評審委員會，依下列方式評定之。
- 初審：根據NTUCOOL上傳申請資料線上審查，並決定可進複審之名單(另行通知)。
Applications will be reviewed online based on the materials uploaded to NTUCOOL, and a shortlist of candidates eligible for the second review will be determined (to be announced separately).
- 複審：6月18日以口頭報告方式參加複審。暫訂每人15分鐘，含報告與提問。
The second-round review will be conducted in person on June 18th.
Tentatively scheduled for 15 minutes per person, including presentation and question period.
七、得獎公佈(Awardee List)：
6月22日前公告並 E-Mail 通知得獎人。
Winners will be announced and notified via email by June 22.
八、頒獎典禮(Award Ceremony)：
- 7月24日13:30至17:00於化學系松柏講堂舉行頒獎典禮，典禮中由得獎人進行7分鐘論文報告，並由顏氏夫婦親自頒發獎狀及獎金。
On July 24th, from 13:30 to 17:00, the award ceremony will be held at the Song-Pei Lecture Hall of the Department of Chemistry.
Each awardee will give a 7-minute presentation. Certificates and monetary prizes will be presented by Mr. and Mrs. Yen.
- 晚宴：17:00至21:00由微相科技公司主辦，邀請獲獎人、歷屆得獎系友及教職員工與您共享倍感光榮的時刻(晚宴地點另行通知)。
Banquet: From 17:00 to 21:00, hosted by Micro Lithography Inc., awardees, previous award recipients, and all department PIs are invited. (The venue for the dinner will be announced separately).
九、本公告如有未盡事宜，悉依本校及本系相關規定辦理。
If there are any unaddressed matters, they will be handled according to the university and department regulations.
