5/20中午11:55分左右，火災警報觸發，位置為一樓A棟大門前走廊，現場經系辦人員確認沒有發現異狀，遂解除火災警報，發群組公告可以回系館。後續判斷可能為設備異常，已通知廠商安排檢修。再次提醒系上人員遵循消防警報SOP，並於9月環安衛講習時再次宣導。
消防警報SOP
1.聽到火警警報，立刻至指定疏散地點集合(博雅教學館前廣場，非瑠公圳前草坪)，勿在系館停留。
2.人員疏散至指定集合處，向各實驗場所之安全官或代理人報到，安全官或代理人在「安全官群組」內回報。
3.假警報、虛驚事故或真實災害發生（包含演練）時，系辦會在「安全官群組」發布通告，在發布「狀況解除」前請勿返回系館。

Dear all,
At around 11:55 a.m. on May 20, the fire alarm was activated at the first-floor corridor in front of the Building A main entrance. Department office staff checked the area and found no abnormalities. The alarm was then reset, and a message was posted in the group chat indicating that it was safe to return to the department building. The incident is suspected to have been caused by an equipment malfunction, and the vendor has been notified to arrange inspection and repair. We would like to remind all members to follow the Fire Alarm SOP below. The procedures will be reiterated during the EHS training in September.
Fire Alarm SOP
- When you hear the fire alarm, evacuate immediately to the designated assembly point (the plaza in front of the Boya Teaching Building, not the lawn area by the Liugong Canal). Do not remain in the department building.
- After evacuating to the assembly point, please check in with your laboratory safety officer (or alternate). The safety officer/alternate should then report attendance in the “Safety Officer” group chat.
- During a false alarm, near-miss incident, or actual emergency (including drills), the department office will post an announcement in the “Safety Officer” group chat. Do not return to the department building until an “all clear” notice has been issued.
