【重要公告】本校 EndNote 書目管理軟體將於115/11/1起停止授權，請提早進行個人資料備份與轉移NTU EndNote License Will End on November 1, 2026: Please Back Up and Transfer Your Personal Data in Advance

因應整體學術資源規劃，並考量目前已有成熟且免費之書目管理工具可供使用，本校 EndNote校園版將於 115 年 11 月 1 日起停止訂購與授權服務。

 

《服務終止範圍》

115年11月1日起，本校EndNote校園版將停止以下服務：

— 軟體下載與安裝啟用

— 單機版授權序號申請

— 軟體版本更新

— 校園授權之EndNote Web使用

 

《請於 115/10/31 前完成個人資料備份》

• 本校EndNote校園授權到期後，將停止驗證服務，屆時雖不影響本機端的個人書庫與附件，但將無法完整檢視與讀取原有資料。為避免影響後續研究與寫作，請務必留意以下時程：
• 重要截止日：請於 115 年 10 月 31 日前完成個人 EndNote Library（含書目資料與附件檔案）之備份。
• 版本影響說明：
• 桌機版（Desktop）：功能將被鎖定停用，書目資料僅能顯示前 10 筆，超過 10 筆之部分將無法執行新增、編輯、匯出及寫作引註（Cite While You Write）等功能。
• 網頁版（EndNote Web）：將無法登入與使用。
• 建議因應措施：請及早評估並轉換至其他書目管理工具。

[Notice] NTU EndNote License Will End on November 1, 2026: Please Back Up and Transfer Your Personal Data in Advance

 

In response to the evolving academic environment and the availability of free alternative tools, the institutional EndNote site license will be discontinued effective November 1, 2026.

 

【Scope of Service Termination】

The following services under the university’s EndNote license will no longer be available starting November 1, 2026:

• Software download, installation, and activation.
• Applications for standalone license product keys.
• Software update and upgrade services.
• Access to EndNote Web features

 

【Personal Data Backup】

After the license expires, the standalone application functions will be disabled. Please note the following impact and required actions:

• Important Deadline: Please back up or export your personal EndNote Library (including references and attached PDF files) before October 31, 2026.
• Version Impact:
• Desktop Application: If your library contains more than 10 references, functions such as adding, editing, exporting, and inserting citations (Cite While You Write) will be disabled.
• Cloud Account: EndNote Web will no longer be available.
• Recommended Action: Users are strongly advised to back up their references and related files as early as possible and migrate to other tools.
