Dear all,
1.演練前將舉辦115學年度環安衛講習,全系工作場所請踴躍派員參加。
系上將於115年9月10日(四)下午15:30舉辦緊急應變演練,過程預計45分鐘,進行細節如下,敬請大家協助。
In accordance with the relevant regulations, each department is required to regularly conduct emergency response drills. The drill aim to help everyone respond effectively to emergencies, ensuring their own safety as well as the safety of colleagues.
The Department will hold an emergency response drill at 3:30 PM on Thursday, September 10, 2026. The drill is expected to last approximately 45 minutes. The details are outlined below, and we kindly ask for everyone's cooperation.
緊急應變演練時,人員需疏散至指定集合地點(博雅教學館前廣場)。
Please follow the broadcasted instructions and evacuate to the designated assembly area: the plaza in front of the Liberal Education Classroom Building.

通報詞(張貼於實驗場所電話上): How to report an emergency (post this notice on the phone): 「化學館○樓○○實驗室,發生○○意外,已進行○○處理,(現在有○○人員受傷,傷勢○○,意識(清醒/模糊),已進行○○急救),請求通報救援。」 “I am reporting ○○ (incident) has occurred in the Department of Chemistry on ○ floor in the ○○ laboratory. ○○ (procedure) has been attempted to contain the incident. ○○ (number) people are injured and are (un)conscious and given first aid. Please send help.” |

通報流程: Notify the following: (1) 駐警隊 (campus police) 69110 (2) 保健中心救護車 (medical emergency) 69595(若有人受傷) (3) 場所負責指導教授 (faculty member in charge of the premise) |
Please confirm whether the alarm is heard in the room or lab. Any abnormalities should be reported in the LINE group.
When the fire alarm signal sounds, please follow the Safety Crew’s guidance to evacuate the building immediately.
Please take extra care of your ongoing experiments to reduce the potential safety risk.
Turn off the lights, heat, and water sources of any ongoing reaction, and leave the premise. Close the but do not lock the door.
Evacuate in an orderly manner via designated routes and do not panic. Use stairs and hold onto the railing to avoid falling; do not take the elevator.
All personnel shall evacuate to the designated assembly are and reported to the laboratory safety officer (or agent). Once the safety officer has completed a head count, report the result in the safety officers LINE group. The missing or injured personnel (if any) is the same.
Do not re-enter the building until directed to do so by authorities.
