各位同學,好:

115上學期,開學日為9月07日,化學系課程授權碼加選方式說明如下:

  1. 請填寫修習課程申請單,獲得老師同意後,請掃描附教師簽章的申請單或是教師同意加選信件,轉寄給化學系尤靜嫺。
  1. 有先修科目規定的課程,請在信件附上正式歷年成績單(須更新至114-2學期)掃描檔以提供檢核。
  2. 化學系本系課程(有機化學一、物理化學一、分析化學一、無機化學一、書報討論、高等課程、大三專題研究一等):https://www.ch.ntu.edu.tw/edoc/item/F221/
  3. 化學系外系課程(普通化學甲上、有機化學乙上、有機化學、生物有機化學、分析化學乙上、分析化學、物理化學上):https://www.ch.ntu.edu.tw/edoc/item/F212/
  4. 115-1學期,外系課程採取3類加選,請在開學第2週再使用本申請書索取授權碼,開學第一週請逕自上網登記分發。4
  5. 選修課程申請,請於開學後洽授課老師辦理。

實驗課程加選,請於開學第一週逕至實驗教室,洽助教辦理。

 

Dear Students,

For the Autumn Semester of Academic Year 114, the first day of classes is September 7th .
Instructions for adding Department of Chemistry courses using authorization codes are as follows:

  1. Please complete the Course Enrollment Application Form. After obtaining the instructor’s approval, scan the application form with the instructor’s signature or the instructor’s approval email, and forward it to 尤靜嫺 (Yu, Ching-Hsien) of the Department of Chemistry.
  2. For courses with prerequisite requirements, please attach a scanned copy of your official academic transcript (updated through Semester 114-2) to the email for verification.
  3. Department of Chemistry Course Application (For Non-Chemistry Major Courses)
    (General Chemistry (A1), Organic Chemistry (B1), Organic Chemistry, Bio-Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry (B1), Analytical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry (1):

Please use this application form to request an authorization code during the second week of the semester. During the first week, please register and wait for distribution online.

  2. For elective course applications, please contact the course instructor after the semester begins.

For laboratory courses, students wishing to add the course should go directly to the laboratory classroom during the first week of classes and apply through the teaching assistant.
