須符合下列資格:
1. Be full-time undergraduate students from eligible partner universities who are nationals of the country which they are attending.
2. Have completed at least one year of study at their home university.
3. Demonstrate good academic performance record (equivalent to Cumulative Average Point (CAP) of 3.0 out of 5.0.
4. Be proficient in English as evidenced by TOEFL (if English is not the language of instruction at your university.
